Elemental House
Photography
A home conceived around the relationship between nature, material, and the human hand
Elemental House reveals itself gradually. Each level brings a shift in atmosphere, light travels upward through the home, shifting in character and guiding the passage from one space to the next.
In the gym space, movement gives way to a moment of pause with the Trilogy Vertical Wall Sconce. Its tea shade picks up the warmth of the terrazzo, while its sculptural form holds the eye.
That warmth carries into the living spaces, where the 12:40 Backward Facing Wall Sconces cast light across the room. Against dark oak, the reflected light draws out the timber’s grain; on pale walls, it lends the architecture a softer presence.
The Fini and Scandal Wall Sconces give each room it’s own character. In the bathroom, Fini’s textured glass picks up the movement of the stone veining; in the bedroom, Scandal’s fine fluting brings a linear texture to complement the softer palette.
Light settles differently from room to room, adding to the character from the surface it meets. Across the home, these subtle shifts lend Elemental House a quiet intimacy.
'The quality of the making, the exceptional design and the care taken with every piece give our interiors a sense of finish we cannot achieve any other way.'
